When and in what form will I receive my reservation code?
+Immediately after purchasing your invitation, you will receive a beautiful gift PDF with a code for RestaurantWeek Spring 2025 edition.
How to use the code?
+Use the code in the payment window at the end of the booking. Paste the code in the last booking step after expanding the “I have a discount code or voucher” field. The value of the code reduces the final amount to be paid. You can use the code for a larger reservation by paying the difference.
Until when is the code valid?
+The code can only be used during the RestaurantWeek Spring 2025 Festival. The code is unique and one-time use and expires on 16 kwietnia 2025. Only one code can be used per reservation. The code cannot be combined with other promotions/codes. Codes are not refundable in any form or convertible into money. Terms and conditions for refunds are set forth in the terms and conditions of Advance Reservations.
When will the festival be held and which restaurants are participating?
+RestaurantWeek® is held twice a year. The approximate date of the next Festival is March 4 - April 17, 2025. The date of the Festival is subject to change. If you would like us to notify you of the exact date, please sign up for the newsletter. At this time we cannot provide a list of restaurants. With Advance Booking you will know the list of restaurants 24 hours before other Guests.
What if I cancel a reservation paid by code?
+In case of cancellation, the code remains active and can be used again to pay for another reservation, regardless of the cancellation date.
