Figatella (Zamek w Wiśniczu)

We invite you to a restaurant where the menu is inspired by the recipes of Stanisław Czerniecki, chef of the Lubomirski princes from Nowy Wiśnicz and author of "Compendium ferculorum" - a cookbook from 1682. The master's recipes are interpreted by Marcin Pławecki, chef of the "Figatella" restaurant at the castle in Wiśnicz, who restored the former splendor and fame to this place famous in the history of Polish cuisine.
