A unique Hungarian restaurant in Poland Tokaj Restaurant is one of the few original Hungarian restaurants in Poland. The idea of creating a restaurant was born in the eighties, when the owner of the restaurant traveled to Hungary, where he enjoyed Magyar specialties. The mission of our restaurant is to create a place where we can present Hungarian culture and tradition. The menu for Restaurant Week was prepared for you by Chef Attila Toth - a native Hungarian, who graduated from the Higher School of Gastronomy in Hungary. He worked in Hungarian restaurants such as Hotel Berc and Hungar Hotels. He took part in many competitions and culinary performances. He has been with us since the beginning of the restaurant and is still responsible for the taste and dishes served in our restaurant. The recipes for festival dishes are inspired by traditional Hungarian cuisine combined with seasonal products, which Attila wants to present in a modern form. When composing the menu, the Chef draws inspiration from the dishes he ate as a child.
