The place is based on the experience of the cult Warsaw restaurant of the same name - Butchery&Wine, which has been listed in the international Michelin Guide many times, and for 11 years has received the Bib Gourmand distinction. For Butchery&Wine Gdynia, the most important thing is simplicity, taste and authenticity. On the menu you will find several dozen types of steaks prepared on the grill from the highest quality Polish and foreign beef, but also, for example, a burger with mushrooms and cheddar, and in the appetizers several classics such as Parfiat Foie Gras, bone marrow and beef tartare. You can prepare much more than just steaks on the fire. This is one of the reasons why we love it, like grilled mackerel with wild garlic. There will be no shortage of seafood as well as vegetarian options. For wine lovers, the sommelier will select a fantastic Amarone or spectacular Barolo by the glass, and for those who love beer, Butchery & Wine Gdynia has prepared a Polish craft beer - Browar Staropolski.
