The WineStone restaurant is based on two elements. Firstly, a collection of wines (wine), selected based on the knowledge and experience of sommeliers, and secondly, dishes served on "les planches" - stone boards (stone) straight from the most fashionable French restaurants. The main idea is to create the so-called food pairing, i.e. non-conventional pairing of seemingly incompatible ingredients of a dish with wine.
