History and nature are the basis of Belvedere's philosophy. Since 1992, the restaurant has been serving exquisite Polish cuisine in the center of Łazienki Królewskie - one of the most beautiful parks in the country. The restaurant building is the over 150-year-old New Orangery, which originally served as a palm house with exotic plants from the garden of Stanisław August Poniatowski. To this day, the interior of Belvedere is filled with tropical plants. In 2014, the restaurant underwent a major renovation. The new design was designed by the famous set designer of the Polish National Opera - Boris Kudlička and the architectural studio WWA Architekci. Their work is inspired by theater and the art of scenography. The play of light and shadow creates an intimate, romantic atmosphere of the restaurant. For ten years, the restaurant has been distinguished every year by the most famous culinary guide in the world - Michelin Guide. In the Belvedere kitchen, we choose the best products, draw inspiration from Polish traditions and search for unique regional flavors to create dishes that reveal the nature of Polish culinary heritage.
