Welcome to the Biała Róża restaurant. You are in the heart of Krakow. The Wawel Royal Castle, the Main Square, Planty, the Philharmonic, are the main symbols of Krakow and our immediate surroundings. A city with such a long and extraordinary history as Krakow also has a wealth of culinary tradition. We identify with it and draw inspiration from it. In the pots we mix old recipes, passed down from generation to generation, with the knowledge and experiences that we gain every day. We like to experiment and take advantage of new opportunities. To this we add our work, passion and commitment. This is how our dishes and the character of the Biała Róża Restaurant are created. We dedicate all this to the residents of Krakow, who love its aura, and to tourists, who want to touch and try the unique atmosphere of the city.
