Bursztynowa is a restaurant with a unique atmosphere created by Polish long-maturing cheeses: Bursztyn, Szafir and Rubin. Our extremely talented and creative chef, Wojciech Kaza, combines them in an extremely interesting way with each dish - from traditional fondue or cheese soup to innovative dessert compositions. In Bursztynowa you will also find a very interesting alcohol offer - from cocktails inspired by the works of Bolesław Leśmian to artisanal liqueurs, which are the perfect culmination of cheese dishes.
