The Warsaw restaurant "Dyletanci" is a concept of a duo - Rafał Hreczaniuk and Norbert Dudziński, outstanding: chef and sommelier. Diletanci has the largest wine list in Poland with a selection of over 1100 items and a large selection of wines by the glass (over 40). The restaurant is included in culinary and wine guides: 15.5 points in the Gault&Millau guide, 50Best Discovery, Best of Award of Excellence (Wine Spectator), Star Wine List. The Diletanci menu is based on seasonal products from ecological sources - Diletanci has its own vegetable and fruit farm in Magnuszew near Warsaw. Rafał Hreczaniuk - one of the most experienced and titled chefs in Poland - (including nomination for the title of "Chef of Tomorrow" by Gault & Millau Polska 2019). Rafał's cuisine could be described as international with a Polish twist. He is famous for his light interpretation of fish and vegetables, his original menu changes in the rhythm of nature. Norbert Dudziński - previously Head Sommelier in Copenhagen's Geranium restaurant, distinguished with 3 Michelin stars, currently no. 5 in the world according to the San Pellegrino ranking - The World's 50 Best Restaurants.
