The Mokotowska Restaurant was established 5 years ago out of love for seafood and wonderful French cuisine. The inscription "les saveurs de France" (the flavors of France - in translation), which greets Guests, is not an exaggeration - l'Arc specializes in the cuisine of the country of the Gauls, focusing especially on what ends up on the plate from the sea. The restaurant is open seven days a week, and seafood is delivered directly from France and the Netherlands to order, using its own transport, always fresh. At l'Arc Varsovie you can try 6 of the best types of oysters (not only clean - from the sea, but also baked, e.g. with Bayonne ham). The kitchen prepares lobster in many different ways (e.g. with cocktail sauce, citrus, or baked under béchamel sauce or - in a version for demanding Guests - with sturgeon caviar). The menu also includes fish, mussels, as well as meat dishes and soups. For dessert, crème brûlée or white chocolate cheesecake.
