Novobilski (Białka Tatrzańska)

The Novobilski Restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Novobilski*** Guesthouse in Białka Tatrzańska. It is a unique, atmospheric place created both for the guests of the guesthouse and for all those who want to taste the specialties that will come from the hand of the Chef. There is a summer terrace in the garden next to the restaurant with an exceptional view of the area. In the menu of our restaurant you will find dishes and products characteristic of traditional regional cuisine, but served in an unconventional and stereotypical way. We try to combine tradition with new trends prevailing in the kitchens of modern restaurants. We make sure that the dishes are prepared from healthy and unprocessed products supplied by local suppliers, without the so-called "taste enhancers" and dyes. The menu, as well as trends and seasons, change on average every six months, so that the products from which we prepare our specialties are fresh and not inferior to current trends. All this in the care of our guests and their culinary experiences, which we hope to provide the best possible.
