Nowa Reforma

Reformed Old Polish on a plateㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ "Nowa Reforma" continues the tradition of the restaurant, run within the quarter of ul. św. Anny since 1995. The name refers to the 19th and 20th century newspaper, which was edited and published in the same tenement house. In addition to the name itself, inspirations from the past are also reflected in our cuisine. Our menu is based on "reformed" Old Polish cuisine. You will find in it unique specialties, such as goose or game, regional cheeses and unusual vegetables. We compose the menu with everyone in mind - meat dishes predominate, but we always have vegetarian and vegan options. The menu changes with the cycle of the seasons.
