SEA WAVE AT BREWERY Port Royal strengthens the Warsaw scene of "delicacies from fishermen's boats" with delicious fish tartare and carpaccio, oysters in three different versions (fine de claire, garfish and gilardeau) and fish in the strict sense. The menu also includes other exquisite blooms of underwater mother nature, such as mussels and fried shrimp in shells. The shrimp popcorn in guacamole and chipotle sauce promises to be exceptionally original, and octopus tentacles in chimichurri are a hit.
