Our opening took place in difficult times for everyone during the pandemic. After only 4 days of operation, we had to close the restaurant for safety reasons, it was not our dream start after many months of hard work put into the menu and renovation of the premises, in which we did a large part of the work ourselves. We serve authentic Japanese cuisine, our chef completed a course, ending with the Japanese Ramen Master certification. We care about the quality of our products, the flour we use to produce noodles is imported specially from Japan, like most of the products we use.
