They are delivered by selected producers who, like us, focus on the highest quality. The dishes are prepared according to classic Italian recipes using innovative combinations. The menu is dominated by: pasta prepared every day on site, fresh fish and seafood. Products that do not require many spices are important to the owner, because then the culinary experience is richer in natural flavors. Thanks to our knowledge of the Italian market, we import on special request: bistecca alla fiorentina, burrata cheese, lobster, fresh truffles.
