Salio Brewery & Restaurant is located in the heart of the Salio Equestrian Center. The location of the dining room allows you to enjoy the emotions of equestrian competitions, which can be observed through the panoramic windows while sitting at a restaurant table or in a comfortable armchair. The specialty of our restaurant is goose, pork knuckle, hand-made dumplings and, of course, beer brewed by us. Salio Brewery & Restaurant is not only a great place for a family trip or with friends, but also an ideal space for business meetings. We have not only a 44-bed accommodation base, but also conference rooms with a view of the riding hall.
