Signature Restaurant

It is located in the very center of Warsaw in a historic building, where the Soviet embassy was located before the war. It is part of the hotel concept, although it mainly attracts guests from outside. Due to the surviving original decorations, Signature is sometimes referred to as cuisine with a "hammer and sickle" symbol. Despite its history, Signature is dominated by completely Western trends, both in terms of interior design and dishes served by the Chef. Wojciech Kilian surprises with an exceptional portion of flavors, which should always be crowned by dessert - the restaurant's specialty.
