Kieliszki na Próżnej wine kitchen – a place where wine plays the first fiddle, where we look for the perfect balance between what is in the glass and what is on the plate. Built on the experience of the team behind Butchery & Wine and Brasserie Warszawska and one of the best Polish sommeliers, Paweł Demianiuk, the impressive portfolio of wines in Kieliszki is based on our own import of Vini e Affini, from leading small and medium-sized producers, primarily from Europe, with an emphasis on Italy. We know our winemakers and their stories. The menu includes plenty of natural wines and those from rare, endemic varieties. The Kieliszki menu includes several hundred items – and will constantly change, always having some surprise in store. Our Kitchen is not ashamed of Polish tradition, but approaches it with fresh and creative enthusiasm. In addition to full-fledged dishes, the menu also includes plates – small, original snacks for wine, of which we are particularly proud. Our kitchen sources the highest quality products from small, local suppliers - we set the same high standards for them as we do for the winemakers we work with.
