Neo(n) Bistro is the first attempt at a post-lockdown redefinition of fine dining. It is a series of unique, weekend dinners by leading Polish Chefs organized by the creators of the Night Market and the Restaurant Week and Fine Dining Week Festivals. The dinners take place in Warsaw, in normally inaccessible, incredibly magical and spectacular spaces. Unique experiences and culinary sensations are accompanied by the right setting and excellent service. This weekend, the reins of Neo(n) Bistro are taken over by Chef Ernest Jagodziński, who has been creating the best culinary projects in Poznań for years. A valued authority in the industry, trainer and educator. Ernest has always known what he wanted to do in life - to create. Of all the creative fields, he chose cooking. He took his first steps in gastronomy at the 99 Restaurant in Warsaw. Then he went to the Sens Restaurant and the Intercontinental Hotel. At The Westin Warsaw Hotel, he took the position of deputy chef. In 2005. he won the Martell competition - a culinary competition for young talents, and in 2009 he won the competition organized by the "Kuchnia" magazine - the "Kucharz - zmiana roku 2009" competition. In 2012 he took the position of Executive Chef at City Park, creating the wonderful Cucina 88 restaurant. In 2017 he was distinguished by the Gault & Millau Polska guide, receiving the title of Chef of Tomorrow. He represented Poland at the prestigious culinary competition Chefs en Or in Paris. Silver medalist of the Bocuse d'Or 2019 - the Polish edition of the most prestigious culinary competition in the world and a trainer at the Academy Bocuse d'Or Poland. For over 4 years he has been running his own restaurant in Poznań - "Autentyk - Kuchnia i Ludzie". He is also the Koppert Cress ambassador in Poland. He could talk about culinary art for hours, and his passion infects subsequent generations of chefs. In his daily work he values creative freedom and guest satisfaction the most. A lover of bittersweet flavors. He has great respect for the product and the people around him. He claims that he works in silence, and success will make noise... His culinary authorities include Tetsuya Wakuda, Alain Ducasse and Charlie Trotter. This exceptional dinner will take place in an extraordinary and previously inaccessible place - in the very center of Warsaw, on the top floor of the Novotel hotel parking lot at ul. Parkingowa. A place previously well-known for photo shoots and advertisements. Nocny Market and RestaurantClub are the first to take over this space in order to create something more - the flagship restaurant Neo(n) Bistro with a 360° view of the capital. In case of bad weather, we reserve the right to move the event to a lower floor (the roof will be available to guests at all times). Blankets, heaters and warm cocktails will be waiting for guests on site. On site, it will be possible to buy drinks, alcohol and wine pairing dedicated to the menu.
