It is also a symbolic parallel to fusion cuisine, which is as changeable as a river combining recipes from different cuisines, regions and even eras. It is also a correlation with a cocktail bar, which is sometimes unconventional and not obvious, but always refers to Polish roots and Lodz origins. Similarly to the fluid wine list - as changeable as the river currents and always offering many options for glasses based on the current menu of the Restaurant. It is finally an analogy to our interiors, which have many options to offer for every occasion - from a casual lunch or a formal business meeting, through a romantic dinner for two and a meeting with friends, to a unique anniversary party or a grand birthday.
