Unicus Palace - Unique Taste

The newly opened Unique Taste restaurant, located in the Unicus Palace 5* hotel, has the honor of inviting you to the Fine Dining Week festival organized this year at the turn of November and December. In the new version of our restaurant, we focused on the reconstruction of historical dishes, until now it was one of the elements of our cuisine. After reopening, we decided to follow only this path, revealing to you the dishes of our ancestors in the modern formula of fine dining. Since culinary art is equal to any type of art for us, we want to take you on a journey through historical eras, which not only differed in architecture, sculpture and painting, but also in the way of setting the table in Poland. We invite you to a five-course journey through time, which we have prepared, as it used to be, in the Christmas and Lent versions. We hope that you will want to take part in this journey.
